Responsibilities

Legal Case Resolution Specialist

 

Responsibilities:
 Communicate with patients, attorneys, case managers, and any other case contact in a timely and professional manner
 Respond in a timely fashion to case status requests
 Review and verify accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as necessary
 Compile, manage, and execute attorney correspondence and billing while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
 Observe patient confidentiality with all parties
 Maintain files in an appropriate manner to ensure accessibility
 Provide exceptional customer service
 Confidently make phone calls to law offices
 May perform other accounting and bookkeeping duties as required
 Communicate to the billing supervisor any follow-up on outstanding issues
 Work with the other members of administrative and clinic staff to ensure that Team Rehabilitation Services remains a
great place to work
 Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or director

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:


 High school graduate or equivalent 
 Strong attention to detail
 Strong communication and customer service skills
 Ability to read and understand basic financial information (ledgers, balances)
 Must be able to organize and prioritize with excellent time management skills
 Experience with scanning documents and sending certified mail is helpful
 Experience in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is helpful

 

Position is hybrid.  Office is located in Clinton Twp.,MI  and the successful candidate may be required to work in the office a
minimum of one day a week.
