Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Act as contact between patients and/or attorneys and the clinics.
  • Handle customer intakes, explain available options, and process requests.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Perform a variety of administrative and support duties.
  • Review and verify accuracy of supporting documentation as necessary.
  • Communicate with patients, attorneys, and doctors in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining files in an appropriate manner to assure accessibility.
  • Respond to requests in a timely fashion.
  • Troubleshoot to resolve any concerns.
  • Communicate with the legal team any follow-up on outstanding issues.
  • Observe confidentiality with clients and clinics.
  • Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Experience in health care or personal injury is an advantag
  • Experience in MS Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Excellent demonstrated customer service required
  • Must reside in one of the five states where we are located:  Michigan, Indiana Illinois, Wisconsin, Georgia
